The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at £70/$112 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 3 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £55/$95. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods, these include cheque, bank transfer, or credit/debit card by Paypal. (Please note there a 3 percent surcharge on your booking if you want to pay by Paypal). A security deposit of £250/$450 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
