The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool and spa heat is included in our prices during the months of October to May inclusive. Outside of these months pool heat is not required, but is available at a small additional cost. Please enquire for more details. There is no discount should pool heating not be required. For bookings of 3 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £55/$95. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods, these include cheque, bank transfer, or credit/debit card by Paypal. (Please note there a 3 percent surcharge on your booking if you want to pay by Paypal). A security deposit of £250/$450 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
