The villa holds 10 people in 5 bedrooms comfortably, plus a baby in the cot/crib supplied.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

The villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World which is the closest residential community to these theme parks. Sea World is 15 minutes away and Universal 25 minutes.

The villa has a south east facing pool for all day sunshine.

Unlike some villas which back on to walls or other properties, the villa has idealistic unrestricted views onto a conservation area.

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

The villa is well equipped for small children. The villa comes complete with a cot, highchair, buggy/stroller as well as having safety alarms fitted on the pool doors to prevent children venturing out to the pool un-detected.

There is a games den with Xbox for younger party members and a HDTV with home theater for your enjoyment.

Pool and spa heat is included in our prices during the months of October to May inclusive. Outside of these months pool heat is not required, but is available at a small additional cost. Please enquire for more details. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85 degrees).

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.
